Wellspring Meditation is dedicated to helping people and communities achieve greater health, well-being, and joy through meditation and mindfulness practices. Kristen Taylor, founder of WELLSPRING MEDITATION, is a Certified Chopra Center Meditation Instructor and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). Kristen is also the co-founder of Live Yum and co-author of the book, For the Love of Food and Yoga: A Celebration of Mindful Eating and Being.
Meditation and mindfulness are tools that can help us to become more present and peaceful.
