"RESTLESSNESS IS ONLY THE SURFACE LEVEL OF A BEAUTIFUL WELLSPRING OF ENERGY WITHIN." - MOTHER TERESA
wellspring (noun): an original or bountiful source of something
Meditation restores our memory of wholeness and invites us to realize we are original and bountiful sources of infinite creativity and possibilities. The most direct and effortless way to experience inner silence is through meditation, a tool to rediscover the body's own inner intelligence. For thousands of years, people have used meditation to move beyond the busy activity of the mind and emotional fluctuations into profound peace and expanded consciousness. In our digital age and with our sometimes unbalanced lifestyles, the number of people suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and chronic health problems is on the rise. As scientific research reveals, when you meditate, your breathing slows, blood pressure decreases, and stress hormone levels fall. Many of the benefits of meditation are immediate and cumulative with regular practice. See the FAQ section for additional benefits.
While we are versed in different styles of meditation, our focus is Primordial Sound Meditation or PSM. Primordial Sound Meditation is a deep healing practice that allows us to develop a state of “restful awareness,” experiencing inner calm and deep relaxation. It is a personalized mantra-based meditation practice based on the ancient Vedic wisdom and traditions from India. Learn more via our FAQ section.
